The Hamburg Police reported that on Jan. 22, an incident of terroristic threats occurred in the 100 block of S. Primrose Alley, in Hamburg.
The victim, a 16 year old male, reported that he was walking home in the above mentioned area when a gold Ford sedan with a black bumper pulled alongside him, pointed a black gun at him and asked if he “wanted to die tonight.”
This incident is currently under investigation.
Disorderly conduct on S. 6th Street
On Jan. 25, the Hamburg Police received a report of disorderly conduct at a resident on S. 6th Street, in Hamburg.
The victim, David Palko, age 47, of Hamburg, reported that a dark colored vehicle pulled partially into his driveway at the residence. At this time, a white male, possibly in his 50s, exited the car and began to yell at the residence.
The male soon got back into his vehicle and fled the scene.
Local man banned from Weis Market
On Jan. 27, Hamburg Police responded to the local Weis Market after receiving a report of disorderly conduct in the vicinity.
The subject, Ryan Anthony, age 30, of Hamburg, left after police arrived. As a result of this incident, Anthony is no longer allowed at the Weis Market at the request of the store.
This incident is under investigation.
