John C. Kellenberger Sr., 79, Shillington, died June 20, 2008, at 4:53 p.m. in his residence.He was the widower of Anna Mae (Feinour) Kellenberger, who died June 24, 1988.
Born March 29, 1929, in Lan caster, he was a son of the late Robert R. and Hilda (Neff) Kellenberger.
He was employed 36 years as a press operator for Parish Structural Products Division of Dana Corp., retiring in 1984.
He was a member of Reading Lodge 529 F&AM, York Rite bodies: Reading Royal Arch Chapter 152, Creigh Council 16 R&SM and Demolay Commandery 009 Knights Templar, Rajah Shrine, High 12 Club and Lehigh Valley Joshua Association.
He is survived by a son, John C. Kellenberger Jr., Shermans Dale; and a daughter, Jill C., wife of Stephen DeBellis, Lebanon.
Other survivors include nine siblings: Doris Nicoletti, New York; Richard, Montrose Manor; Harry, Oceanside, Calif.; Eleanor Frey, Laureldale; Fred, Kenhorst; Ruth Engle, Reading; James, Fleetwood; Edwin, Reading; and George, Mohnton.
There also are six grandchildren: Michael, Amy, Jeremy, Anthony, Matthew and Anna; and two great-grandchildren, Kaeden and Alexa.
Masonic service by Reading Lodge 549 F&AM was Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, followed by a funeral service with the Rev. Carl W. Filer officiating.
