John James Jack O'Donnell, 74, Spring Township, died Aug. 17, 2008, of natural causes in ManorCare, Sinking Spring. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late George and Beatrice (O'Donnell) O'Donnell. He worked as a salesman for the former Addressograph-Multigraph, West Reading, for 20 years until retiring in 1986. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Douglassville.O'Donnell served in the Army during peacetime. Surviving are two sons, Chris O'Donnell, and wife, Nancy (Giaquinto), Douglassville; and Andrew O. O'Donnell, and wife, Stella, Seattle; and a daughter, Carol A. Reinig, Seattle. Other survivors include three brothers: George O'Donnell, Broomall; Joseph O'Donnell, Clifton Heights; and James O' Donnell, Redding Ridge, Conn.; and two sisters, Mary Landy, Wilmington, N.C.; and Margaret Bocker, Brielle, N.J. There are also three grandchildren: Jaclyn E. O'Donnell; Nicholas Reinig; and Taryn Reinig.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 905 Chestnut St., Union Township. Burial was in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church Cemetery. A viewing was held Thursday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in Dengler Funeral Home Inc., 144 N. Spruce St., Birdsboro. In lieu of flowers and contributions were made to Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 905 Chestnut St., Douglassville, PA 19518.
