The Board of School Directors is required to adopt a Final General Fund Budget for the 2007-2008 school year no later than June 30, 2007. Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Directors of the Boyertown Area School District intends to adopt its Final General Fund Budget for the 2007-2008 school year at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 7:30 PM at the Boyertown Area Senior High - New Auditorium, 120 North Monroe Street, Boyertown. The proposed Final General Fund Budget is available for public inspection until June 5, 2007 at the Education Center, 911 Montgomery Avenue, Boyertown and on the District website at www.boyertownasd.org.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Upper Frederick Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2007 at 7:30 P.M., at the Upper Frederick Township Municipal Building, Route 73, Obelisk, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, on an Ordinance amending Chapter 27 (Zoning) of the Upper Frederick Township Code of Ordinances, as amended. Following the public hearing on June 14, 2007, it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors to adopt the Ordinance, as advertised, at its regular meeting scheduled for 7:00 P.M. on that date. A synopsis of the proposed Ordinance is as follows:
SECTION 1. Amends Section 825 of Part 8 of Chapter 27 (Zoning), of the Upper Frederick Township Code of Ordinances, as amended, to provide the following additional controls for adult uses: d Six (6) foot screening buffer. d No public display of obscene or sexual materials.
d Prohibition of private or semi-private viewing booths.
SECTION 2. Amends Section 2102 of Part 21 of Chapter 27 (Zoning), of the Upper Frederick Township Code of Ordinances, as amended, to eliminate Commercial Business uses in the I - Industrial District.
SECTION 3. Amends Section 2103 of Part 21 of Chapter 27 (Zoning) of the Upper Frederick Township Code of Ordinances, as amended, to eliminate the current subsection (B) and to establish that the dimensional requirements of the I - Industrial District for Class I Uses, be used for all uses permitted by special exception.
SECTION 4. Provides for the continuing enforceability and validity of the remaining portions of Chapter 27 (Zoning) of the Upper Frederick Township Code of Ordinances, as amended.
SECTION 5. Provides that the unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity of any particular sentence, clause, section or part of the Ordinance shall not affect the constitutionality, legality or validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance.
SECTION 6. Provides for the effective date of the Ordinance.
A complete copy of the text of the proposed Ordinance is on file with the Boyertown Times and the Montgomery County Law Library, and is available for inspection at the Office of the Secretary of Upper Frederick Township, 3205 Big Road, Obelisk, Pennsylvania, during normal business hours. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available from the Township Secretary, free of charge or at a cost no greater than that charged for copies of other documents.
