Sinking Spring Library

MS. SPIDER On November 13, at 4:00 p.m. Ms. Spider will be visiting the library for pictures and story-time.


The program will be held on October 12 at 9 a.m. with Suzanne Bloom, author of "A Splendid Friend, Indeed." It is a free program.


Monday, 10 a.m. The event will be held on Oct. 15, 22, and 29. Please call to register. LIBRARY FRIENDS' GROUP On October 1 ' November 20-The library Friends' group will sell lovely bouquet of flowers. All proceeds are used for library community activities and equipment.

SEMI-ANNUAL BOOK SALE On October 17 ' 19 ' semi-annual book sale. Please join us for an exciting book sale on October 17 and 18 from 3 ' 8 p.m. and October 19 from 10 a.m. ' 3 p.m.


On October 20 ' Annual Halloween party ' Join us at 1 p.m. at the VFW across from our library building for a fun-filled Halloween party. Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume for an exciting storytelling, magician, crafts and party favors. The party will be in the VFW basement at the rear of the building. ENGAGING BOOK DISCUSSION On October 25 ' Engaging Book discussion on Jennifer Chiaverini 's book the Runaway Quilt.


On November 6 ' There will be a bake sale at the Sinking Spring Fire Company during the morning of Election Day voting.


On November 9 ' Johanna Fryer, expert quilter, will be teach basic quilting stitches. Project material, needles and craft hoops will be provided. This FREE class will be held from 12:30 ' 2:30 p.m.

Spring Township Library


Bailey, a registered therapy dog, loves to have children read to her. Every 3rd Saturday of the month, kids are invited to come and read a story to Bailey. Bailey will be visiting the Spring Township Library at 10 a.m. on the following dates: Saturday, October 20 Saturday, November 17 BEGINNING COMPUTER TUTORIAL SESSIONS Sessions are every Monday and Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Call to sign up at 610-373-9888 and bring your questions.
