Gladys M. Lesher Gladys M. Lesher, 87, formerly of Virginville, passed away Nov. 24 in the Lutheran Home at Topton.

She was the wife of George E. Lesher who is a guest at the home.

Gladys was born in Auburn, Schuylkill County a daughter of the late William and Alma (Heffner) Kilmer.

She was a member of Zion Moselem Lutheran Church.

She is survived in addition to her husband George; son Ernest G. husband of Dana K., Mount Joy; daughter Janice wife of Jay Hassler, Kutztown;sister Pearl Schaeffer, Pottsville; brother Fritz Kilmer, Virginia; four grandsons, 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Friday in the Edward J. Hildenbrand Funeral Home, Inc., Kutztown.

Paul E. Wesner, Sr. Paul E. Wesner, Sr., 82, of Hamburg, died Wednesday, November 27, 2013 in his residence. He was the husband of Mary A. (Sandridge) Pickel Noecker Wesner.

Born in Centerport, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Dorothy M. (Hollenbach) Wesner. He worked for Glen-Gery Corporation, Perry Twp., from 1952 until retiring in 1993. Paul was a former firefighter for Union Fire Company No. 1, Hamburg; a former Hamburg Fire Policeman; and a former driver for the Hamburg Ambulance for fifteen years. He was a member of Union Fire Company No.1 and beneficial association, Hamburg. Paul enjoyed playing cards and word search books.

Surviving in addition to his wife are one son: Paul E. Wesner, Jr., Auburn; three daughters: Barbara A., wife of Paul Turner, Windsor Twp.; Susan J., wife of Thomas Moyer, Centre Twp.; and Brenda L., wife of Gereon Schlear, Wyomissing; four step-sons: Robert G. Pickel, Ogden, Utah; Ronald L. Pickel, fiance of Denise Travis, Bernville; William M. Pickel, husband of Pamela Pickel, Windsor Twp.; and Richard L. Pickel, fiance of Tina DeLong, Perry Twp.; and four step-daughters: Dolores A., wife of Michael Painter, Upper Bern Twp.; Deborah J. (Pickel), wife of Jesse Spence, Jr., Tilden Twp.; Tina A., wife of Jose Romero, Shillington; and Donna M., wife of Ronald Filarski, Shamokin. Paul is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; forty-one great-grandchildren; one brother: Charles S. Wesner, Shoemakersville; and two sisters: Florence M. Deisher, Centerport; and Ruth V. Seidel, Lenhartsville. He was predeceased by a son: Charles C. Wesner, died January 12, 2013; and one step-daughter: Darlene E. Timmons, died October 30, 2010. Paul will be missed by his beloved pet: Romeo.

Services were held on Sunday from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. Burial was private in Birch Hill Cemetery, Perry Twp. Helen M. Keller Helen M. Keller, 95, formerly of Temple, died Wednesday, November 27, 2013 in the Phoebe Berks Health Care Center, Wernersville. She resided at Phoebe since November 26, 2007. Helen was the wife of Henry R. Keller, died July 20, 2002.

Born in Tilden Twp., she was the daughter of the late Charles K. and Katie (Kauffman) Yerger. Helen was a 1937 graduate of Hamburg High School. She worked for twenty-two years in the office of Bachman's Pretzel Company, Reading, retiring in 1979. Helen enjoyed sewing and knitting.

Helen is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister: Phyllis M. (Yerger) Kline.

Daniel Lawrence Giancola Daniel Lawrence Giancola, 35, of Hamburg, and formerly of Guttenberg, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 22, 2013 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading.

Born in Engelwood, he was the son of Lawrence J. and Linda R. (Leggio) Giancola, Hamburg. He was a graduate of North Bergen High School.

Daniel had a great sense of humor and was able to make anybody laugh. He was the 'life of the party.'

Surviving in addition to his parents are his sister: Kerry Lynn Soo Giancola, Guttenberg; his maternal grandmother: Gladys L. (Kennedy) Leggio, Hamburg; and extended family.

Funeral was held on Nov. 25 from Vainieri Funeral Home, North Berger. A Funeral was also be held on Nov. 26 from The Bridge Church, Hamburg. Burial followed in Zion's Cemetery, Perry Twp.
