The Oley Valley High School wrestling team was defeated by Muhlenberg in a non-league match on Monday, February 4, 65-15.Josh Eddinger gave Oley a 6-0 lead by pinning John Reedy in 3:05 of 130 poiund weight class to open the match.
Sam Daub then decisione Ruben Rosario, 7-4 in the 135 pound weight class to give Oley a 9-0 lead.
But Muhlenberg came back with seven pins which was enough to win the match. Oley's other six points came when Jacob Richard pinned Scott Helman in 1:43 of their 119 pound weight class bout.
