For one glass of Wine Mojito:1 tablespoon powdered sugar

1 shot Club Soda 2 shots of Pinnacle Ridge Winery's 2007 VIDAL BLANC

1 small lime wedge 2 small to medium mint leaves

Or, for a small pitcher or carafe of Wine Mojito (serves 4 to 6 people):

1 cup Club Soda 2 cups Pinnacle Ridge Winery's 2007 VIDAL BLANC

10 mint leaves 5 tablespoons powdered sugar

5 lime wedges

For either quantity-here are the steps for "going Mojito" Pinnacle Ridge Winery style!

In a sturdy glass, small bowl or coffee mug, add the powdered sugar then the mint leaves. With a heavy spoon or the back of an ice cream scoop, mash the mint and the sugar into a paste. You should smell the aroma of mint as you do this. Squeeze in the juice of the lime wedge and continue mashing. Add the wine and stir vigorously to make sure all the paste is absorbed into the liquid. Into a glass or pitcher (fill with crushed ice), pour the liquid (okay that the mint leaf pieces are swirling around). Add the Club Soda and enjoy!
