The Birdsboro Rotary Club will host its annual Halloween Parade on Thursday, Oct. 25.Registration will take place from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. at the Daniel Boone Senior High's east parking lot (off of Garey Road). Judging will take place at 6:30 p.m., and the parade will begin promptly at 7 p.m.

First-, second-and third-place awards will be given in the following individual categories: smallest, funniest, glamorous, scariest, creative, and cartoon character.

Awards will be given in the following group categories: most spectacular, best organized, best adult float (over 18) and best junior float (under 18).

No political walkers, motor-cades, floats or handouts will be permitted.

Bicycles, rollerblades/skates, scooters are prohibited. All groups of people over 10 members, motorcades and floats must register by calling 610-404-4564 on or before Monday, Oct. 22. Free candy and cider will be served at the end of the parade.

The parade will move out of the east parking lot at the Daniel Boone Senior High, make a right on Chestnut Street, continue north and then make a left on First Street, turn right on Furnace Street, and conclude on Armorcast Drive at the Matthew Brooke Building.
