June 13 Meet up with Congressman Jim Gerlach
A members only second annual Meet Your Congressmen Series kicks off with Gerlach, representative for Pennsylvania's 6th Congressional District giving members an opportunity to voice concerns, listen, and exchange ideas in an open dialogue sponsored by the Berks County Industrial Development Authority at a luncheon session.
Seating is limited to the first 30 who respond. The event will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the offices of Spotts, Stevens and McCoy, Inc., 1047 N Park Road Reading, PA 19610. Cost for Greater Reading Chamber of Business and Industry Members only is $15.

Cost is $15 for Greater Reading Chamber of Business and Industry members granting opportunity for an open dialogue again sponsored by the Berks County Industrial Development Authority with lunch provided.

July 1 Networking Reception - Penn State Berks
Penn State Berks is celebrating its 50th Anniversary on July 1, 2008. Join us at the Franco Building Amphitheatre for a grand celebration with cake, ice cream and light refreshments. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy live music! Program will begin at 6 p.m.
The college is hosting 50 events for 50 years throughout 2008. Penn State Berks offers 13 bachelor's degrees and 8 associate degrees. In addition, students can complete the first two years of more than 160 baccalaureate degree programs offered at other Penn State Campuses.
