ALL THOSE CERTAIN parcels of land together with the buildings thereon erected situate on the North side of Fairview Street 25th and 26th Streets, being Lot No. 2531 and adjacent parcels, Fairview Street, Mt. Penn, Berks County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:

PURPART NO. 1 BEGINNING at a point on the North line of Fairview Street, said point being two hundred sixty-four feet one and three-fourths inches (264 feet 1-3/4 inches) West from the Northwest corner of the intersection of Fairview Street and 26th Street; thence Northward along property of Stasia L. Ketner, being purpar Number 2 of this deed, a distance of one hundred forty-two feet (142 feet) to a point in property now or late of the Geisler Estate; thence in a Northwestwardly direction a distance of forty-six feet (46 feet) more or less, to a point in other property of Stasia L. Ketner, being part number 1 of purpar number 2 of this deed; thence Southward in a line parallel with 25th Street, along said other property of Stasia L. Ketner, being part number 1 of purpart number 2 of this deed, a distance of one hundred sixty-one feet (161 feet) more or less, to a point in the North line of said Fairview Street; thence Eastward along said Fairview Street fort feet (40 feet) to the place of beginning.

PURPART NO. 2 BEGINNING at a point in the North side of Fairview Street, said point being three hundred four feet one and three-fourths inches (304 feet 1-3/4 inches) West of the Northwest lot line corner of 26th Street and Fairview Street, thence Northwardly along other property of Stasia L. Ketner, being purpar number 1 of this deed, a distance of one hundred sixty-two feet (162 feet), more or less, to a point; thence Northwestwardly a distance of three feet (03 feet), more or less, to a point, being a corner in line of lands now or late of Geisler Estate; thence by the same Northeastwardly, a distance of four feet (04 feet), more or less, to a point in the Southern lot line of Woodvale Aven thence along the same,

PURPART NO. 3 BEGINNING at a point in the North side of Fairview Street, said point being two hundred sixty-four feet one and three-fourths inches (264 feet 1-3/4 inches) West on the Northwest lot line corner of 26th and Fairview Streets; thence Northwardly along other property of Stasia L. Ketner, being purpart number 1 of this deed, a distance of one hundred forty-two feet (142 feet), more or less, to a corner in line of property now or late of Geissler Estate; thence Southeastwardly along the same, South fortynine degrees thirtyeight minutes East, a distance of twenty-three feet two inches (23 feet 02 inches) more or less, to a corner at other lands now or late of Edward F. Anthony; thence Southwardly along the same, a distance of one hundred twenty-nine feet two inches (129 feet 02 inches) more or less to the Northern lot line of Fairview Street; thence Westwardly along said Northern lot line of Fairview Street, a distance of twenty feet (20 feet) to the place of beginning.

PURPART NO. 4 BEGINNING at a point on the Northern lot line of Fairview Street, a distance of 244 feet 1- 3/4 inches West of the Northwest lot line corner of 26th Street and Fairview Street; thence Northwardly along property of Thomas S. Marsh, a distance of 130 feet 7-1/8 inches more or less; to a corner in line of property now or late of the Geissler Estate; thence Southeastwardly along the same South 49 degrees 38 minutes East a distance of 11 feet 7-1/4 inches, more or less to a corner at other lands of Edward P. Anthon thence Southwardly along the same a distance of 124 feet 8-1/6 inches, more or less to the Northern lot line of Fairview Street; thence Westwardly along said Northern lot line of Fairview Street a distance of 10 feet, to the place of beginning.

PURPART NO. 5 ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate on the North side of Fairview Avenue, between 25th Street (unopened) and 26th Street (unopened) in the Borough of Mt. Penn, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, more particular bounded and described as follows, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point in the Norther side of Fairview Avenue, said point being 214.18 feet West of the Northwest building corner of said Fairview Avenue and 26th Street (unopened); thence in a Westerly direction along the Northern side of said Fairview Avenue the distance of 20 feet to a point; thence in a Northerly direction and at right angles to the last described line and along property of Emma R. Marsh the distance of 124.70 feet to a point; thence in an Easterly direction along property now or late of Christian Wilhelm Geissler, and by a line parallel to said Fairview Avenue, the distance of 20 feet to a point in line of property of Edward P. Anthony, about to be conveyed to Florence F. Culbert; thence in a Southerly direction and along the last mentioned property, and by a line at right angles to said Fairview Avenue, the distance of 125 feet, more or less to the place of beginning.

EXCEPTING THEREOUT AND therefrom purpart no. 2, all that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate on the Southern side of Woodvale Avenue a short distance Westwardly from its intersection Twenty-sixth Street and in the rear of No. 2531 Fairview Avenue in the Borough of Mt. Penn, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, bounded on the North by the aforesaid Woodvale Avenue (40 feet wide), on the Southeast by other property belonging to John Y. Amoroso and on the Southwest by Residue portion of No. 2531 Fairview Avenue, property of the Estate of Emma R. Marsh, deceased, and being more fully bounded and described as follows, to wit:

BEGINNING at a corner marked by an iron pin in the Southern topographical building line of Woodvale Avenue as laid out on the topographical survey on the Borough of Mt. Penn at its intersection with the division line between other property belonging to John Y. Amoroso and property now or late of Bertha B. Lutz; thence leaving the aforesaid Woodvale Avenue and along the aforesaid other property belonging to John Y. Amoroso, South fortysix degrees fifteen minutes West a distance of four feet 00 inches (04 feet 00 inches) to a corner marked by an iron pin; thence along residue portion of No. 2531 Fairview Avenue, property belonging to the Estate of Emma R. Marsh, deceased, North forty-nine degrees one minute West a distance of six feet five and three-four inches (06 feet 5-3/4 inches ) to a corner in the Southern topographical building line of the aforesaid Woodvale Avenue; thence along same, South seventynine degrees thirteen minutes East, a distance of seven feet eleven inches (07 feet 11 inches) to the place of beginning.
