T. Kent Redcay, 62, formerly of Key West, Fla., died Feb. 12, 2008, in Silver Spring, Md., in the residence of his brother.Born in West Reading, he was a son of the late Stanley F. Sr. and Evelyn J. Redcay.
He was a former employee of GPU Nuclear in Reading.
Redcay was a 1964 graduate of Gov. Mifflin High School.
He was a staff sergeant in the Air Force, serving from 1964 to 1968.
Surviving are two sisters, Nancy H. (Redcay), wife of Lewis Parker, Shillington; and Donna M. (Redcay) Beissel, Shillington; and six brothers: Martin A., husband of Rosalie E. (Ruth) Redcay, Mohnton; Stanley F. Redcay Jr., Adamstown; Robert M., husband of Linda D. (Ferro) Redcay, Mohnton; Ronald J., husband of Gloria L. (Ruth) Redcay, Shillington; Dennis G., husband of Bonnie G. (Garren) Redcay, Sinking Spring; and Bruce D. Redcay, Silver Spring.
There are also 12 nieces and nephews and 24 great-nieces and great-nephews. Services and burial were private.
