Chicken BBQ

Benefit Concert

Sunny Crest Home, Inc., 2587 Valley View Road, Morgantown will hold their Second Annual Benefit Concert Sat., June 2 at 7 p.m. The Goodville Gospelaires will offer good-olde gospel singing with guitars and keyboards, while the Sensenig Family will be doing chalk drawing and singing. History Program

The Historical Society of Berks County will present "Antietam Lake and Environs" June 7 at 8:30 a.m. The program includes a continental breakfast with the program beginning at 9 a.m. $1 per member, $2 non- members. Tickets may be purchased the morning of the program.

Gospel Music Concert

Vacation Bible School

Bible School will be held at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 753 Mt. Zion Road, Narvon beginning Sunday, June 10 through Thursday, June 14. from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for children ages five through sixth grade. The theme is "Jesus to the Rescue."

County Park Day

Casino Trip

Twin Valley Football, Inc. will be sponsoring a bus trip to Caesar's Casino in Atlantic City June 16. The bus will depart Twin Valley High School at 8:30 am. and return to the school at approximately 7 p.m. The price includes a hoagie, chips, and soda and is $25 per person. The Honey Brook Fire Company Carnival starts June 23 and is held June 30, July 7, and July 14. Each night there will be music, and entertainment that start at 7 p.m. Also available is food, games of chance, bingo, gate prizes nightly, and parking is free. The last night of the carnival there will be $1000 awarded. No pets allowed.
