Voter turnout low in Chester County

HONEY BROOK -Bruce Hartshorne was recently announced as the new Vice President of Resident Services for the Tel Hai Retirement Community campus.

Most recently, Mr. Hartshorne served in various senior management positions over a 13-year period with the Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community.

He also served as the Director of Computing and Information Serv-ices for Chester County and worked in the information technology area for the county for over 20 years.

Hartshorne holds a Bachelor of Science de-gree from West Chester University in Business Administration and Man-agement. He is also certified by the American Association of Homes & Services for the Aging as a Retirement Housing Professional.

He has served on the boards of CARE, Ltd and PANPHA (PA Ass-ociation of Nonprofit Homes for the Aging) and is the immediate past chair of CEN-PANPHA.

Hartshorne and his wife, Linda, are the parents of three children.
