Minor - May 31 - Schuylkill Valley 11, Wolfe's Garage 7 - Schuylkill Valley's Derek Maseloff, Hunter Kraus, Jason Prusch, and Matt Jester each had two hits. Dan Frasch for SV reached base and scored three times. Cody Sterner, Nathan Wilkinson, and Hunter Kraus took the hill for SV. Wolfe's was led by Bobby Hertensteiner who doubled and singled, knocking in three runs. Hertensteiner also threw an SV runner out at the plate from left field. Michael Radzai of Wolfe's dove to catch a line drive to help Wolfe's out of an early jam.
Pony - May 20 - Harleysville National Bank 10, Federal Express 3 - Harleysville pitchers Justin Hudoka, Blaze Jackson, Michael Joseph, JR Ebersole, and Cooper Johnson combined for 15 strikeouts and 2 hits allowed. Fed Ex countered with Parker Robb, Spenser Gray, Anthony Crespo and Coulton Terrywoh combined for 9 Ks. Harleysville received hits from Blaze Jackson, Sam Paine, Andrew VanTrieste and JR Ebersole. Fed Ex's Dana Getty recorded two hits. Anthony Crespo made an outstanding double play for Fed Ex.
Pony - May 24 - Harleysville National Bank 15, Dairy Queen 3 - Harleysville pitchers Justin Hudoka, Blaze Jackson, Michael Joseph, JR Ebersole, and Philip Bohner combined for 14 K's. Dairy Queen countered with Travis Jackson and Drew SanAngelo who combined for 5K's. Harleysville received hits from Brandon Covaleski, John Leigh, Blaze Jackson, JR Ebersole, Cooper Johnson, Philip Bohner and Michael Joseph Dairy Queen's Justin Ivoc, Mathew Clifford, Austin Mininger, Anthony Layre and Travis Jackson recorded hits. Blaze Jackson made an outstanding play in right for Harleysville and Clayon deGruchy made another outstanding play in left for Dairy Queen.
Major - May 30 - Legion 3, Roselon 2 - In a pitcher's dual, Legion received five strong innings from starter Eric Bahry who had 6 strikeouts and recorded the victory. Legion's Anthony Gordon pitched a strong 6th inning to record the save. Roselon's Noah Robb pitched 6 strong innings, striking out 10 batters. For the Legion hitters, Matt Annis went 3 for 3 and stole two bases. JC Ganyer had strong game at-bat going 2 for 2. Brandon Kulp, Ryan Munson and Anthony Gordon each recorded a hit. Noah Robb who collected 2 hits led Roselon hitters. Mitchell Bain had a double off the fence and Ivan Traczuk and Kevin Sodano each had a hit. Both teams made excellent defensive plays including Legion's Matt Annis and Eric Bahry throwing runners out trying to steal and a catch of a line drive by Sam Lubenetski to rob a hit in the 1st inning. Roselon's defense was just as strong, especially two fine plays made at third base by Mitchell Bain and Ivan Traczuk to rob hits.
Minor - May 31 - Penn Stainless 5, Willie's Oil 2 - Jamie Beck of Willie's Oil had a single. Colin Brandis, Ryan Dittman, Trent Kancianic, and Brodey Wambold of Penn Stainless all had one hit. Nathan Weaver of Penn Stainless had two singles while pitching a complete game with 17 strikeouts.
Minor - June 4 - Penn Stainless 8, Forrest Lodge 7 - M. Overholtzer, Maxwell Paine, and J. Ball all had one hit for Forrest Lodge. C. Okman had a single and double for Forrest Lodge. Sean Iffrig had three singles for Forrest Lodge and Kyle Krause had two singles. Scott Schaffer and Colin Brandis had singles for Penn Stainless. Nathan Weaver had a single and a double for Penn Stainless. Trent Kancianic had two singles and one double for Penn Stainless. Ryan Dittman had two singles and pitched 4 tough innings to lead Penn Stainless to a victory. Nathan Weaver and Trent Kancianic combined for a put out at the plate for the second out in the bottom of the sixth inning and preserve the win.
Pony - May 6 - Wachovia 3, Fredericks 2 - In a nail biter, Frederick's Meats pitchers Ryan Mosley, Torin Martutartus and Max Appel combined to throw 12 strikeouts in five innings of work. For Wachovia, Parker Vivian and Nicholas Vivian combined for 16 strikeouts in six innings. For Wachovia, Zach Wirth recorded a single, Nicholas Vivian doubled with an RBI and Parker Vivian had a single with an RBI. Wachovia's third run was scored on a walk to Travis Stalnecker. For Fredericks Meat's Jake Perrine went 3 for 3 with a double and two singles. Doug Koenig recorded two singles. Ryan Mosley recorded a single and Max Appel recorded a double.
Minor - May 27 - Paletown 13, Wolfe's Garage 0 - S. Shelly pitched a complete two-hit shut-out for Paletown. V. LaCava, T. Edwards, T. Bryan, and B. Leatherman had two hits each and scored the majority of the runs for Paletown. B. Leatherman also played a spectacular right field turning two nice catches into double plays.
Pony - May 13 - Classic Temps 10, Frederick's Meats 2 - Classic Temps received another strong outing from its pitching tandem of Nick Staats and Sage Fuhrmeister who combined to give up only 5 hits for the game. Classic Temps grabbed and early lead in this rain shortened game with Luke Wood contributing an RBI single in the 1st scoring John Goepfert III. Classic temps added 3 more in the 2nd with Jonathan Potynski, Nick Staats and Sage Fuhrmeister each driving in a run. The runs continued for Classic Temps as John Stevens singled home Brett Graver. Fredrick's Meats answered back with 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd as Max Appel who tallied 2 hits for the game and Doug Koenig each singled and scored on Connor Hunt's double. Classic Temps added another run in the 4th as Nick Staats recorded an inside-the-park homerun. Classic Temps closed out the scoring for the game in the 5th with 4 runs. The big hit was Nick Staats base clearing double, scoring 3 and Gunnar Horst brought in the last run to close out the inning.
